Update on Dad...

Well its a week today since dad had his knee operation, he started Rehabilitation today, which is good... he walked all the way to and from the rehab room with a wheelie walker, he did leg raises and some other exercises to help his knee's, he was in a bit of pain afterwards but it just goes to show he is on his way 2 being fully recovered, it wont be long and he will be able to walk everywhere and instead of just 3-5 laps at the pool he will be able to do a lot more which i no he is looking forward to as he loves swimming.

Dad's Operation...

Hey everyone,

Dad had his operation yesterday, he is going very very well, the doctors in the hospital stood him up today on his 2 new knees, he isn't walking yet but he can stand for a little bit which is fantastic... for anyone who didn't no about the operation he had both his knee's replaced which is so good as he has been waiting for almost 10 years to have the operation done but his heart has been to weak, but at the moment his heart and himself are the best they have been in along time which is really good.

G'DAY G'DAY G'DAY!!!

G'day to all from Maureen(Mum), Kim(dad) and Lauren(ME!), well at the moment we are just getting ready for dads operation on tuesday 13th may, he is having both knee's replaced which will be good because he will be able to walk almost properly and he wont be in so much pain.
Mum is going great to, she is loving going to the local baptist church and likes going to the craft days once a fortenight where she gets to learn how to make cool cards and also gets to teach the other ladies how to make bennies. Mum and Dad also Host a bible study at home every fortenight which the look forward to alot, and start setting up for it 2 days before... hehe.
And Me well im going great... working heeps which is keeping me busy all the time.
